You will pick two workshops to attend live - one before lunch (10:30 - 12 noon HST),
and one after lunch (1-2:30 pm HST).You can always view other workshops AFTER the conference, since they will be recorded and accessible to you.

An Actor Prepares

Painting with Jesus

  • *Note: These basic materials are suggested for beginners but definitely not limited. Please feel free to use any other materials you may want to use for this time together.

    • 8X10 canvas size
    • 2 cups of clean water (one for clean water and one for brush cleaning)
    • Card stock paper
    • 3 Paintbrush sizes
    -1 small flat brush (5.5 mm)
    -1 round brush (4.0 mm)
    -1 large flat brush (size #18)
    • Basic Acrylic paint colors (small bottles): blue, red, yellow, white, green, black and purple (Apple Barrel is the most inexpensive brand and great for beginners)
    • 1 paper plate to use as a palate for paints
    • Napkins for cleaning

Spirit-Led Floral Design (get what you can)

  • Vase to fit one dozen roses (fill vase 2/3 with water)
  • Budvase to fit one to three roses (fill vase 2/3 with water)
  • 1 dozen long stem roses (any color of choice)
  • 1 bunch salal or bunch of green foliage of choice
  • 1 bunch Leather Leaf filler flower
  • 1 bunch Baby’s Breath filler OR Misty filler (or something similar)
  • bucket or container with water to hold flowers, green foliage, and filler bunches before arranging.

Baking: Edible Sculptures inspired by the Holy Spirit

(It is recommended you attend the workshop while in your kitchen with an oven available – you will be baking cupcakes with creative flavors and designs. You can attend the workshop with pre-baked cupcakes if you are unable to bake during the workshop.)
